Somebody Stop Those Heroes!

Help your way to save the day... from the heroes?!

Somebody Stop Those Heroes! is a twist on convention. It has a board game inspired design, and a peaceful, cooperative focus. The goal is to help others in need, and work together to prevent the hero from completing their reckless and dangerous quest, all without fighting anybody!

Somebody Stop Those Heroes! is a cooperative game. It features local "hot seat" multiplayer (players take turns using a single control method.) You can play with up to 8 players, in any combination of human and/or CPU controlled characters. The CPU players will assist you in your endeavors too.

The controls are simple, and you can play using any of these devices:

• Keyboard
• Mouse
• Gamepad

Customizing the play experience to suit your tastes is an important aspect of enjoying your entertainment time. With this in mind, a variety of options have already been added into the game, with more to come in the future!

Here are examples of things you can change to your liking in the game:

• Choose from 70+ visual themes for the dialog and menu screens
• Pick a character to play as from over 30 options
• Use the default names, or enter your own, up to 16 characters long
• Choose how long a game session will last with the turn limiter feature
• Save your progress while playing and resume at a later time
• Adjust the level of challenge that the game provides
  
• Customize music that plays on a per-character basis using "Theme Songs"
